Stop Global Warming with our local RE Sources organization! (I love working on projects that help improve our world)
This is a pretty basic .NET project with lots of DHTML content. It tracks users who say they will make a difference in a database, and generates a basic report which can be exported to excel. It also allows them to subscribe to a mailing list (email form which redirects to a new page). |

During the Spring 2008 campaign, we averaged 1,000 new users signing up per hour.
This project includes a user interface for signing up, sending a password reminder, and tracking trips. Employer coordinators can view reports to analyze trips their employees are taking. County coordinators can analyze trips for all participants within their county, and master administrators can manage all data - including polling for prizes! |

We're proud to be part of this successful program, written up by the Bellingham Herald for it's popularity both online and off. The application has been in use since June of 2006, and we have supported it and been involved in it's improvement since that time.
There is a online sample of the entire system, including test usernames and passwords. You can log in to view sample administrative reports, editing functionality, etc. |

Ken Harrison's real estate site has been enjoying a position at the top
of search engines for many months now. Check out the incredible pictures
and videos that highlight the properties he's selling. He's
able to edit his site through a password-protected admin section,
and the Northwest MLS property search is dynamic. |

This web site attracts sellers and buyers alike through an attractive
and usable design. Users find it simple to locate properties through
our Northwest MLS (NWMLS), find and contact agents of Coldwell Banker
Miller-Arnason, and browse through helpful information about buying and
selling properites. The site is completely updatable by Coldwell Banker,
through a simple password-protected interface. Developed in partnership
with Mindfly. |

Users can purchase pre-created magnets of different sizes and colors, or create their own sayings and buy their own magnets or clings. The site generates the necessary image files for the client to view as well as the TIF files (with crop marks) for the supplier, behind the scenes. Also calculates necessary materials and shipping costs. |

We were able to work with talented designer Rowan Moore-Seifred to code this beautiful site. It uses CSS and javascript to implement the attractive drop-down menues. |

Users are able to update this site dynamically through a completely customized content management system. The site also includes a password-protected intranet for staff members to share resources and links, log hours, etc. |
